I was made aware of this after my friend called me last night on my egyptian cell phone, you can just go to google.com, then type in 'thecairoadventure", all one word no parantheses, like this

The blog search result should pop up in the bottom.
You can just click on translate this page. And it will translate the whole page to English from Arabic. The translation google uses is not very good at all. the name of the blog or title is "The Beautiful Cairo", not "Cairo Fine" haha.
Anyways if you have trouble with a part of the translation, then just follow the instructions from before and it should give a better translation. Google Translator doesn't give great translations but atleast you can get the jist of what I am saying or doing.
